Wild Rice & Quinoa Medley

Quinoa and Wild Rice Mix (cook separately and fluff)

Pecans, Walnuts and Almonds or nuts of your choice
Dressing:

Extra Virgin Olive oil
-
Squeeze of lemon

Sea Salt
Toast nuts in oven with olive oil and sea salt on 350 degrees for 3 minutes. (For slightly sweet flavor add brown sugar to toasted nuts before toasting)
Toss together and serve.
