Wild Rice & Quinoa Medley
  • Quinoa and Wild Rice Mix (cook separately and fluff)
  • Pecans, Walnuts and Almonds or nuts of your choice 
 Dressing:
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Sea Salt
 
Toast nuts in oven with olive oil and sea salt on 350 degrees for 3 minutes. (For slightly sweet flavor add brown sugar to toasted nuts before toasting)
Toss together and serve.
