Strawberry Kale Salad
  • Fresh Kale (Baby or Regular)
  • Ripe strawberries
  • Squeeze of Lemon (to increase iron absorption)
  • Low Fat Dressing of your choice (Not fat -free)
  • Sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano
 
Toss together and serve.
