Spinach, Kale or other dark, leafy green
Tear dark leafy green of choice into small pieces and place in blender
Add pineapple chunks and avocado to leafy greens
Place Kifer in blender with other ingredients
Squeeze lemon on top of all ingredients and blend together
Serve and enjoy!
