Living in Italian: Watermelon Feta Skewers
Here is a quick and effortlessly chic summertime snack to enjoy while soaking up the sun or serving to guests at your next barbecue! Jazz up the seasonal and hydrating watermelon by adding the salty feta, and fresh bite from lemon and herbs. This one of my favorite dishes to serve at parties, a bite-sized spin on the classic watermelon feta salad your guests will love!
Ingredients:
Watermelon, cubed
Feta cheese, cubed
Basil or mint
Lemon
Preparation:
Add watermelon, feta, and fresh herb onto skewer, repeat until full.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the skewers.
Serve and enjoy!
