Dice chicken into small pieces and squeeze lemon juice over chicken in a bowl. Then add hummus to chicken and stir to bind ingredients together. Add another squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil
Stir mixture together. Add a pinch of sea salt
Place chicken mixture in endive boats
Garnish with radish and basil
