Ingredients:
Kefir
Coconut Water
Avocado
Cantaloupe
Pineapple
GInger
Preparation:
Cut cantaloupe, pineapple and ginger into chunks.
Add all ingredients in to a blender and mix.
Pour in glass and enjoy with a slice of pineapple!
