Fiorella whips up a smoothie that is both healthy and tasty. Try this recipe as a remedy for bloating or right before an event to keep you feeling and looking your best!



  • Kefir

  • Coconut Water

  • Avocado

  • Cantaloupe

  • Pineapple

  • GInger


  1. Cut cantaloupe, pineapple and ginger into chunks.

  2. Add all ingredients in to a blender and mix.

  3. Pour in glass and enjoy with a slice of pineapple!
