2% Greek Yogurt
Sea Salt, to taste
Cilantro, to garnish
Place cabbage in large mixing bowl
Scrape half of avocado into bowl with cabbage
Scoop a few tablespoons of greek yogurt & juice from 1/2 lemon into bowl
Add salt to taste then mix all ingredients together (we recommend using your hands!)
Garnish with chopped cilantro and an additional squeeze of lemon juice
Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy!
