Living in Italian: Skin Glow Smoothie

In this recipe, Fiorella prepares an easy smoothie that will make your skin glow! Skin repairs every 30 days, so make sure your body has the best nutrition to help boost that skin rejuvenation! Make healthier swaps with an Italian twist for a nutrient packed smoothie filled with protein, vitamins, and antioxidants! 



  • 8 oz Plain Low-fat Kefir (Fermented, probiotic milk drink)

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, or berries of your choice

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Handful basil

  • Juice 1/2 lemon Juice



  1. Pour kefir into blender

  2. Add berries, basil, and avocado to blender 

  3. Squeeze fresh lemon over other ingredients 

  4. Blend everything together

  5. Pour into a glass, top with basil and strawberry for garnish.

  6. Enjoyy
