Living in Italian: Hangover Smoothie

This smoothie is Fiorella's ultimate hangover cure for the morning after a night out! Keep in mind that after one too many cocktails alcohol tends to dehydrate your body and also cause some stomach and digestive issues. Whip up this smoothie the next day using fresh ingredients to re-hydrate your body with a boost of flavor, electrolytes and nutrients to get you back on track!

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz plain, low-fat kefir (fermented yogurt beverage)

  • 1/4 large avocado

  • 1 cup mango

  • 4 oz coconut water

  • Squeeze half a lemon

 

Preparation:

  1. Pour kefir into blender

  2. Add mango, coconut water and lemon juice. 

  3. Blend everything together.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
