Lemon Juice, from about 2 lemons
Fragolino (wild strawberry liqueur)
Fresh Ricotta (or mascarpone)
In a bowl, add sliced strawberries, lemon juice, and mint. Mix to combine.
Pour Fragolino over strawberries, and let steep for about an hour to let flavors soak.
To serve, use a parfait glass and scoop strawberry mixture into the glass. Add a dollop of fresh ricotta or mascarpone cream.
Garnish with mint. Serve and enjoy!
