Living in Italian: Fennel Pepper Flatbread Pizza
Vegetarian Flatbread Pizza Italian Style! A colorful array of vegetables over cheese and a flatbread--what more could you ask for?
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Prepare flatbread. Place naan flatbread on baking sheet and add mozzarella cheese slices on top. Set aside.
In a medium pan over medium high heat, saute sliced fennel, peppers, and red onion with some olive oil. Season with sea salt.
Once vegetables are slightly tender, add to flatbread in an even layer.
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and flatbread slightly crispy.
Slice, serve warm, and enjoy!
