Bell Peppers contain Vitamin C and beta-carotene, which provide anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Fennel is rich in folate, fiber and potassium, which help support heart health.
Turkey Sausage is a healthier, leaner protein alternative to pork or beef sausage, which is lower in saturated fat which also improves heart health.
Place turkey sausage in a pan over medium-high heat and turn often.
Slice peppers, fennel, and onions.
Sautee peppers, fennel and onions in a pan withe extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and toss to combine.
