Food Fixes: Bloating

  • Drink more water ~2L per day

  • Reduce caffeine

  • Reduce salt (will make you retain water)

  • (if eating a lot of fiber) Reduce fiber-rich foods (cruciferous vegetables like brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage)
