Mushroom Nutrition RX:

Vitamin D

Fiber

B Vitamins

Potassium

 

Cook:

  1. Brush away dirt with damp wash cloth. Then tear into pieces.

  2. Sautee in pan with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper with a lid. Drain water that accumulates and continue to saute until brown and slightly crispy. Add additional stock or broth, garlic or seasoning as needed. (Don’t add more oil, mushrooms will soak oil right up!)
