Food Fixes: Constipation

  • Eat Enough Fiber (~28 g per day)

  • Try cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, & artichokes

  • Drink enough water (~2L per day)

  • Add kefir (fermented probiotic drink) or yogurt

  • Reduce salt, especially from processed food

Balanced diet checklist:

  • Enough fiber

  • Enough Water

  • Less caffeine

  • Less salt

  • Less processed food
