Eat Enough Fiber (~28 g per day)
Try cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, & artichokes
Drink enough water (~2L per day)
Add kefir (fermented probiotic drink) or yogurt
Reduce salt, especially from processed food
