Summer is literally in full blast here in NYC, the sun is shining, temperatures are rising, but we're also sweating! Here are my tips so you can still enjoy the summer days and nights and stay hydrated and quench your thirst! 

 

  • Drink ~2L/day--More when you are outside.

  • Tip: for consuming alcoholic beverages, drink water too! 

  • Tip: vary your intake of non-caffinated beverages, try sparkling water, lemonade, etc.

  • Eat water-filled fruits--like melons, berries & citrus
