Meals for OneFruits and Vegetable Dishes:
Roasted Vegetables (sweet potato, cauliflower, bruseel sprouts)
Radish Cole Slaw (with Avocado Dill Dressing)
Kefir Smoothie
1 cup Plain Kefir (or substitute with 1-2% yogurt)
1 cup strawberries (or any berries of choice)
1/2 Avocado
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Mix in a blender, serve and enjoy!
