Meals for OneFruits and Vegetable Dishes:

 

 

Kefir Smoothie

  • 1 cup Plain Kefir (or substitute with 1-2% yogurt)

  • 1 cup strawberries (or any berries of choice)

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice

 

Mix in a blender, serve and enjoy!
