April 21, 2015

La Maison Maille has opened on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and has brought it own elegant artisanship from France. I am always looking for delectable ways to enhance food and recipes by keeping it healthy. Delving into the art of mustard is the perfect place to start. It is a healthy way to enhance your recipes.

I was recently invited to a private tasting in the elegant new boutique of Maille's sumptuous lines of Mustard, Vinegars and Oils.

La Maison Maille has been producing these mustards for 267 years and was born from the inspiration of Antoine-Claude Maille. They have been setting the standard for Dijon Mustard for centuries and continue to elaborate and evolve their products.

 Mustards on Tap!

 Main Mustard Sommelier, Pierette Huttner

The boutique boasts Mustard on Tap and Mustard Sommeliers--led by vibrant Pierette Huttner--who can guide and inspire you to use their 20 mustard variations and seasonal flavors. This is the part of French artisanship is the vast knowledge one has about their product and how to engage the senses in a flight of flavors.
