Mortadella & Pistachio Pesto Panini
Olive Loaf, sliced in half and toasted
Pistachio Pesto (recipe here!)
Drizzle olive oil onto bread and toast bread in 350F oven for 2-3 minutes. Spread pistachio pesto onto slice, then fluff 2 slices of mortadella, drizzle olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
Prosciutto & Ceci Spread Panini
Spread ceci spread onto bread, then 2 slices of prosciutto, and a squeeze of lemon. Slice and serve!
