Healthy Truffle Mushroom Flatbread
Whole-grain Flatbread
Vermont
Vermont Cheddar Cheese, sliced
Oyster Mushrooms, sauteed (in olive oil and sea salt)
Urbani White Truffle Spread
Urbani Truffle Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Spread Urbani truffle spread onto flatbread, arrange cheddar cheese slices, then add sauteed oyster mushrooms.
Drizzle Urbani Truffle Oil onto flatbread and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in 350F oven for 5 minutes, cut and serve!
