This easy and healthy mushroom flatbread will impress anyone, especially using the most prized ingredient in the world: the truffle! Watch the video here!

 

 

Healthy Truffle Mushroom Flatbread

 

  • Whole-grain Flatbread

  • Vermont

  • Vermont Cheddar Cheese, sliced

  • Oyster Mushrooms, sauteed (in olive oil and sea salt)

  • Urbani White Truffle Spread

  • Urbani Truffle Oil

  • Parmesan Cheese

 

  1. Spread Urbani truffle spread onto flatbread, arrange cheddar cheese slices, then add sauteed oyster mushrooms. 

  2. Drizzle Urbani Truffle Oil onto flatbread and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

  3. Bake in 350F oven for 5 minutes, cut and serve!
