Watch my mother and I prepare an Italian favorite: Broccoli di Rabe! All you'll need is broccoli rabe, fresh garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, and some crushed red pepper!
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Remove stalks from broccoli rabe, wash leafy parts.
Coat a pan with extra virgin olive oil then add garlic.
Add broccoli rabe and cover to wilt leaves.
Toss broccoli rabe and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Cook with cover until all leaves wilted, about 10-15 min.
