Deep in the halls of a converted textile factory on the Williamsburg waterfront, foodies, publishers, writers and artists filled the Wythe Hotel to celebrate the intersection between food culture and food systems at the 3rd Annual Food Book Fair.
This year’s three-day fair spans a pop-up bookstore with more than 200 books, 20-plus food magazines, 60 visionaries, panel discussions, a film screening, pop-up brew pub, a pop-up farm, and so much more! A food lover’s paradise! We had the pleasure of attending a few panels and discussions, and they definitely did not disappoint.
Foodieodicals! (Food + Periodicals = Foodieodicals!) A festival within the fair, celebrating creative food publishing, featuring over 20 inspiring food publications. We had the pleasure to meet editors, writers and designers of food magazines.
