Roasted Vegetables
 
  • Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Sweet Potato (cut into pieces about the same size)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Sprinkle Parmigiano Reggiano
 
Cook at 400 degrees in oven for 15-20 min
Can be kept in Fridge for one week
