Pesto Caesar Chicken Salad
 
  • 2 cups of Spinach or Kale
  • 1/2 Rotisserie chicken, white and dark meat, chopped without skin
  • Pesto (purchased or homemade)
  • Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Lowfat Caesar Dressing for Greens
 
Toss together and serve.
