Beer'd Mussels
  • 2 lbs of Mussels (alive)
  • 1/2 Dark Beer
  • Parsley
  • Sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Squeeze of Lemon after cooked
 
Steam with the lid on for 3-4 minutes until mussels open
