Broiled Calamari
 
  • 1lb of Calamari, cleaned
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil emulsion
  • Squeeze of lemon at end
 
Cover calamari with parsley, garlic, salt and pepper olive oil emulsion. 
Place in broiler on high for 15-20 minutes
